To reschedule your tickets, please contact our box office at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled attendance time. Dates and tickets are subject to availability. Because of catering, requests must be made a minimum of 72 hours prior to your visit. Fees may apply.
If you purchased a ticket and would like to change your meal option, or if you would like to purchase a ticket with a meal option that is not available on the website, please contact our box office at least 2 weeks prior to your scheduled attendance time. Dates and tickets are subject to availability.
We do not check the name on tickets against identification. The person(s) presenting tickets will be admitted.
If you have purchased tickets to Sheer Luck Holmes directly through our website but have not yet received your tickets, please contact our box office and provide the name and email address associated with the order.

If there is another party whom you are attending the show with who purchased their tickets separately, please contact our box office at least 72 hours prior to the performance to request to be seated together. Please note that all requests may not be fulfilled and are addressed on a first-come, first-served basis.

So, dust off your magnifying glasses and prepare to super sleuth your way through a fully interactive murder mystery evening. Will you use your powers of deduction and discover who dunnit, or will it be down to Sheer Luck?
This hilarious night out is brought to you by the team behind the wildly popular "Faulty Towers: The Dining Experience."
Sheer Luck Holmes is a 2-hour interactive theatre production, during which you will be served a 3-course meal.
At Sheer Luck Holmes, you will be served a 3-course meal. You will be able to choose between a chicken or vegan main. If you have any dietary restrictions, allergies, or special food requirements, please be sure to complete the dietary form when purchasing your tickets.
There is no age restriction to attend Sheer Luck Holmes. Note that the show has a PG-12 rating, with the primary audience being adults. All attendees require tickets.
The doors open 30 minutes before the show, at which time the bar & lounge will be open. Please arrive a minimum of 30 minutes prior to show time. For entry times, please see the ticketing calendar.
Latecomers will be permitted, but dinner will be served per the show schedule.
Please note that taking photos and videos during the dinner and performance is prohibited. Photos and videos can be taken in the lobby area, but not of the performers.

Parking options include:
The Westin Hotel, 10135-100 St NW (maximum height 5'6"). Heated, underground parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. Overflow parking is available outside directly behind the hotel.
Impark lot (behind hotel), 9924 Jasper Ave — outdoor, uncovered parking available.
The Westin Edmonton is a 2-minute walk from Churchill Station on the Edmonton LRT. The number one bus connects most routes. For more information, please access the link.
The Westin Edmonton has an accessible entrance adjacent to its main entrance. The dining room is accessible via a ramp or elevator.
The hotel's driveway has a lower entry point and sliding doors that are compatible with walkers and wheelchairs.
A fully accessible washroom is available through the hotel's Share restaurant, which is located on the same floor as Sheer Luck Holmes.
We encourage you to leave valuables, large bags, and other personal belongings at home. For the safety of our visitors and the collection, all bags entering or leaving the show, including purses, are subject to inspection. Backpacks and duffle bags are not permitted in the show.
